Here we go through space division, concept and architectural idea in plan, section and elevation. The overall material, design and installation principles is described. Price estimate may be prepared on the basis of estimated m2, m3, and unit prices.  

The preproject defines a unique basis for the continued detail and can be an integral part of the main project. Construction options, materials and installations, and explanation of exterior factors related to the relevant authorities.

Main drawings must meet government requirements for documentation of legal matters. Documentation to the authorities in accordance with current requirements as building petition, energy calculation and material descriptions and potential engineering calculations according to needs and demands of the municipality.

Here the project is determined unambiguously.  A detailed blueprint set with written description is prepared, as it can provide a basis for acquiring an offer, contracting and execution. Based on the prepared main project we obtain a quote for the subcontracting.  

The construction management represent the developer to the executing contractors during construction and is responsible primarily for coordination of the construction phases, schedule and finances. This ensures that work is performed in accordance with the agreed project craftsmanship solutions and quality.
